Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef.
• NVQ Level 1 or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to follow instructions and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high quality dishes.
• Prepare mis-en-place for relevant menus.
• Keep work areas clean and free from cross contamination.
• Support kitchen brigade and assist other departments as needed.
• Contribute to kitchen cost control and recipe standards.
