Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Kitchen Support role to assist our hotel kitchen team with food preparation, mise en place and daily kitchen operations. You will follow recipes, maintain hygiene, and assist during meals, banquets and buffets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience and a basic understanding of food preparation, with a strong teamwork mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a high-standard hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary qualification or training preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
