Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef in the vibrant city of Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your cooking skills, work alongside experienced chefs, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance. • Support senior kitchen staff in day-to-day kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation and inventory checks. • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to maintain freshness and reduce waste. • Adapt quickly to new cooking techniques and kitchen procedures as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef. • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative kitchen team atmosphere.
• Candidate should be in the UAE. • Min 2 years’ experience in Hospitality background. Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is desirable but not mandatory. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
