Key Responsibilities
* Stock and prepare your assigned station daily with ingredients and supplies
* Execute recipes accurately, ensuring quality, portion control, and minimal waste
* Adhere strictly to HACCP and hotel hygiene standards at all times
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all safety protocols
* Assist in mise-en-place preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness
* Promptly report hazards or faulty equipment to supervisors
* Attend all required briefings, meetings, and training sessions
* Support the culinary team during busy service hours and maintain teamwork
* Uphold M venpick and Accor s food safety, service, and presentation standards
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary diploma is preferred
* 1 to 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel
* Knowledge of basic cooking methods and strong food preparation skills
* Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
* Ability to operate standard kitchen appliances and handle pressure
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
* Passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to grow professionally
