Job summary

AP&Co. Hospitality, a Dubai-based hospitality group, is launching a new fashion café concept at Mall of the Emirates and seeks a kitchen assistant to support chefs during service.

The role focuses on maintaining hygiene, following recipes, and learning culinary techniques under senior staff. Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of kitchen experience who are eager to grow within a dynamic hotel/restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
• Basic culinary skills and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work across different kitchen sections as needed.

• Assist section chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating during service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines consistently.
• Support with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries according to FIFO standards.
