Job Description

What you will do

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, according to the hotel's recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistent quality, texture, and presentation of all baked items.
• Work efficiently with fellow bakers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with inventory control, ensuring the proper storage and use of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean working environment.

What you bring

• Culinary diploma in Pastry and Bakery
• Minimum of 2 years in a high-end bakery or luxury hotel environment.
• Proficient in baking techniques and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing baked goods consistently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine enthusiasm for pastry arts and commitment to baking excellence.
