Key Responsibilities of Commis 2 - Main Kitchen:

• Support and assist in the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of the guest dining experience are delivered to the highest standards, adhering to property and company standards.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and responsive service.
• Support and implement the strategies and objectives of the kitchen department, taking ownership of assigned areas.
• Develop personal skills, knowledge, and experience within the kitchen, aligning with the company's growth and development culture.
• Work with the Head of Department to maintain inventory, achieve productivity targets, and reach performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships, communicate with stakeholders, and promote company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, document due diligence activities, and support internal and external audits.
