About The Role

As a Commis Chef 2, you will be part of our professional kitchen team, with opportunities for growth. If you have some basic culinary skills and professional kitchen experience, our award-winning chefs will support your development towards becoming a world-class chef.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel. Must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks, and confidently interact with diverse clients.

Our kitchens are professional, friendly, and welcoming. You will be encouraged to learn, train, and achieve your potential daily. The environment is busy, requiring prioritization, hard work, and speed, with a focus on quality. We operate over 25 outlets serving up to 6,000 guests daily, offering everything from Viennoiserie to sushi and fine dining.
