Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a talented Commis 1 Pastry and Bakery professional at an exquisite Luxury Resort located along the beautiful Red Sea. As a Commis 1, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Pastry Chef to create high-quality desserts, pastries, and bread items that delight guests. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of the pastry and bakery section, ensuring that all products are prepared to the highest standards, presented beautifully, and taste exceptional.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of pastries, cakes, and specialty breads, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry section, and contributing to the innovation of new menu items in conjunction with the senior chefs.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end bakery
