Atlantis The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Commis Chef 1 to join our professional kitchen team. If you already know some kitchen basics, our award-winning chefs will train and guide you toward a world-class career.

You should have 1–2 years in a similar role, be passionate about food, and able to work quickly in a busy, high-end environment. Excellent communication, teamwork, and the drive to grow with a leading luxury hospitality brand are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Our kitchens here at Atlantis the Palm are professional friendly and welcoming You will be encouraged to learn train and achieve more than you thought is possible every day It is a very busy environment and you should be prepared to prioritize work hard and work fast with a keen eye on quality We have over 25 food amp beverage outlets and can serve up to 6000 guests per day anything from freshly made Viennoiserie to award-winning Sushi or international fine dining and much more besides Commis Chef 1 must demonstrate a clear passion for food and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment Hard work and dedication will be rewarded with promotion to Demi Chef de Partie Opportunities from here are limitless with further promotions available in any of our kitchen teams The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international luxury hotel.
