Kempinski Dubai is seeking a Junior Operations & Administration team member to support daily restaurant operations on-site in Dubai. This role focuses on preparing mise en place, assisting with food preparation and supporting kitchen brigades.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a willingness to learn and support in presentation and set-up to ensure smooth service.

• Experience in food preparation in a professional kitchen.
