Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes from various international cuisines (e.g., Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, French, etc.).
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines set by senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen areas.
- Ensure all food products are stored properly and labeled according to hygiene standards.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including proper food handling.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of workstations before and after shifts.
- Support the team during busy service hours and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant field (preferred).
