Confidential Jobs seeks an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to support multiple business units in Dubai. You will provide legal advice across a broad range of matters, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and assist with corporate governance and risk management.

You will liaise with external counsel and advise on regulatory, employment, and data protection issues. A law degree (LLB/JD) with 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably from top-tier firms, is required.

Qualifications

• A highly skilled In-House Legal Counsel is sought to support business units across a broad range of legal matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential for commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Experience with corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance is required.
