Summary of Role
The Commercial Travel Seller Lead, Meta Region focuses on driving new sales and acquisition opportunities within the META region. They work closely with the broader Amadeus team to define strategies and close deals. Responsibilities include managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying potential growth areas. The role also involves ensuring high customer satisfaction through early product adoption and usage, monitoring key metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues or risks. Additionally, the Commercial Manager acts as a spokesperson for Outpayce, representing the company at key events and strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and industry players. They keep customers informed about fintech, payments trends, and regulatory changes, acting as a trusted advisor to support their success.
In this role, you'll find a chance to:
Identify new sales and acquisition opportunities in collaboration with the Amadeus team. Define deal strategies, approaches, and value propositions for specific customer segments. Prospect, follow-up, and close deals.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities from our payout and merchant services portfolio. Work with customer adoption teams to support our customers' business growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify risks early, develop remediation plans, and execute them. Ensure revenues and margins align with budgets and contracted volumes.
Create success charters with customers for product usage. Anticipate needs during adoption and project management stages.
Review key metrics proactively, address issues promptly, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure value realization and identify improvement opportunities. Support customers facing technical or project challenges by coordinating relevant expertise.
Ensure quick resolution of critical issues, working closely with Customer Care, Delivery & Implementation, and other teams.
Act as the entry point for local partners and cross-sell opportunities from our payout and merchant services portfolio. Collaborate with adoption teams to support customer business needs.
Represent Outpayce at key regional events, both internally and externally, engaging with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Maintain updated knowledge of fintech, payments, travel technology, and Outpayce products. Track industry trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant insights and advice to customers.
