Commercial Travel Seller Team Lead - META Region

Summary of Role

The Commercial Travel Seller Lead, Meta Region focuses on driving new sales and acquisition opportunities within the META region. They work closely with the broader Amadeus team to define strategies and close deals. Responsibilities include managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying potential growth areas. The role also involves ensuring high customer satisfaction through early product adoption and usage, monitoring key metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues or risks. Additionally, the Commercial Manager acts as a spokesperson for Outpayce, representing the company at key events and strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and industry players. They keep customers informed about fintech, payments trends, and regulatory changes, acting as a trusted advisor to support their success.

In this role, you'll find a chance to:

  1. Drive new sales
  2. Identify new sales and acquisition opportunities in collaboration with the Amadeus team. Define deal strategies, approaches, and value propositions for specific customer segments. Prospect, follow-up, and close deals.

  3. Sign renewals and upsells
  4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities from our payout and merchant services portfolio. Work with customer adoption teams to support our customers' business growth.

  5. Ensure customer satisfaction and P&L impact via early & ideal product adoption/usage
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify risks early, develop remediation plans, and execute them. Ensure revenues and margins align with budgets and contracted volumes.

  7. Drive customer alignment and goal-setting for Payments solutions
  8. Create success charters with customers for product usage. Anticipate needs during adoption and project management stages.

  9. Manage ongoing customer health
  10. Review key metrics proactively, address issues promptly, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure value realization and identify improvement opportunities. Support customers facing technical or project challenges by coordinating relevant expertise.

  11. Resolve important issues or claims related to the customer lifecycle
  12. Ensure quick resolution of critical issues, working closely with Customer Care, Delivery & Implementation, and other teams.

  13. Support key partnerships in the META region
  14. Act as the entry point for local partners and cross-sell opportunities from our payout and merchant services portfolio. Collaborate with adoption teams to support customer business needs.

  15. Act as Outpayce spokesperson and participate in events in META
  16. Represent Outpayce at key regional events, both internally and externally, engaging with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  17. Stay informed on trends and act as a trusted advisor
  18. Maintain updated knowledge of fintech, payments, travel technology, and Outpayce products. Track industry trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant insights and advice to customers.
