Your role will focus on preparing competitive service offers and negotiating contracts that promote sustainable energy solutions in the Middle East.You will collaborate closely with the Technical Sales and Bid Management Team, as well as regional entities, to meet client and tender requirements, and negotiate contracts to successful completion. Thiswork will significantly impact our clients, partners, and Siemens Energy’s mission to provide low-emission power generation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prepare budgetary and firm bids in collaboration with Technical Sales and bidding teams.
  • Implement financial and commercial activities during the sales phase, focusing on gross profit and cash flow.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure compliance through thorough tender analysis.
  • Structure bids in alignment with customer and tax requirements, ensuring cost transparency.
  • Negotiate commercial and consortium contract terms in coordination with Legal and Finance.
  • Contribute to internal approval processes, financial forecasting, and sales reporting in SFDC.

What You Bring

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in commercial bid and sales management for complex industrial projects.
  • Expertise in bid preparation, contract negotiation, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial controlling and digital reporting tools (MS Office, SAP, SFDC).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in international teams.
  • High resilience, motivation, and strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
