A leading company in the UAE seeks a sales manager to oversee sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in CRM software, and fluency in Arabic and/or Russian. Responsibilities include setting sales budgets, building client relationships, and leading growth strategies. Excellent analytical skills and a UAE driving license are required.
o To oversee and fulfil all procedural requirements related to the management of sales, marketing, projects, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and company goals.
o To align sales efforts with the company’s overall business objectives, respond to market dynamics, identify new opportunities, and achieve or exceed defined and set sales targets.
o To achieve sustainable business growth while delivering long-term value to customers and stakeholders.
o To lead and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and ensure overall profitability.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Set and monitor the annual sales budget and objectives to ensure alignment with overall company targets and financial plans.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
o Ensure achievement of sales objectives and maintain accuracy in all commercial proposals and contractual agreements.
o Present sales performance, expense reports, and revenue forecasts to the management.
o Identify and respond to shifts in emerging markets while staying fully informed about products, services, competitors, and market conditions.
o Coordinate with proposal teams to structure competitive and commercially viable offers with agreed profit margins.
o Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing both commercial and technical requirements, including delivering technical presentations at all organizational levels.
o Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial performance, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
o Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and unmet needs.
o Promote the company’s products and services by aligning offerings with clients’ business goals and industry trends.
o Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, revenue, customer accounts, invoicing, and commercial documentation.
o Monitor and support existing customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
o Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with customers, partners, and suppliers to maximize commercial value and minimize risk.
o Follow internal company processes, procedures, and quality standards, and ensure all project activities comply with them.
o Perform other tasks as appropriately assigned or required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Bachelor's degree or higher
o Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
o Fluent in CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot
o Confident in data analysis and reporting (advanced functions of Excel)
o Familiar with project management apps, such as Trello or Asana
o Fluent in Arabic and/or Russian
o UAE Driving License
