Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends that could impact clients' decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
