Efficient and successful commercial project execution of Solution Sales contracts and orders for MEA customers. Drive and coordinate all internal & external project related activities during execution phase.

Take over bid manager activities for won projects/ offers
Commercial Responsibility to ensure a precise and efficient execution of projects with regards to all commercial topics from contract signature to project closing
Coordinate the commercial project topics with the customer and between internal interfaces (Technical Project Center, Tax, Finance, Insurance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, HR, Customs & Logistics, Service) and customer/sales regarding the commercial orders
Responsibility for commercial order processing in SAP
Assessing the relevant commercial KPIs and risk review during Execution phase
Reporting for relevant stakeholders
Key Tasks:
Overall commercial project responsibility from contract signature and handover from BCM team to project closing
Coordination and monitoring of a permanent establishment risk or support the Tax colleagues for the PE establishment
Evaluating the commercial KPIs and ensuring the effective risk identification, evaluation and mitigation and responsibility for risk assessment tool
Responsibility for calculation of competitive Change Requests in accordance with customer requirements, taking into account internal guidelines and processes
Drafting contract amendments and intercompany contracts based on standard G+D templates, where necessary consultation with the contract manager
Coordination and implementation of the insurance concepts in close cooperation with the Insurance colleagues
Driving and supporting credit limit creation in SAP, maintaining AT-screening
Creation of billing plans and sales orders in SAP and secure correct commercial conditions
Monitoring Actual / Budget cost deviations and documenting the impact by project changes on financial performance and agreed budget during project execution
Handling of financing instruments: HERMES, bid bonds, guarantees, L/C as well as the ongoing management of receivables
Invoice creation (internal, external)
Coordinating billing plans, price splits and payment plans in alignment with the regions, CPM, TOM and logistic
Financial Claim Management
Analysis, creating or supporting reports for relevant stakeholders
Implementing and tracking the hedging costs in close cooperation with Finance
Development and implementation of a secondment concept in close cooperation with HR
Coordinating financial planning, revenue and margin forecasts and reporting for individual solution projects
Contact person for all relevant commercial topics during execution phase, e.g. sales, finance, tax, controlling, export
Direct & indirect (HUB’s) communication with customers on all commercial topics.
Key Competencies:
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or above
Project management skills
