Job summary

As a Commercial Project Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial projects ensuring successful delivery while driving strategic business objectives This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge grid software solutions and make a meaningful impact on the global energy transition

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

Lead and manage multiple commercial projects from initiation through closure ensuring on-time on-budget deliveryDevelop comprehensive project plans timelines and resource allocation strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams including sales engineering finance and logistics to achieve project objectivesMonitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary

Commercial Operations & Strategy

Oversee contract negotiations pricing strategies and commercial terms for grid software products and solutionsManage customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact for commercial mattersConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for commercial projects

Financial Management Analytics and controlling

Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and financial reportingConduct profitability analysis and cost optimization initiativesUtilize business intelligence tools to analyze market trends and project performanceSupport business development activities through commercial insights and market analysis

Process Optimization & Innovation

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification is of an advantage but not mandatory You bring with experience of commercial project management, preferably in software, energy, or technology sectors Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing models, and financial analysis Expert-level Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of the current SAP system AP01 or other ERP systems and commercial software platforms Familiarity with grid software solutions or energy sector technologies (preferred) Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse, international environments Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills, Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation
