Job summary

Siemens Grid Software is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager in the UAE to lead cross-functional commercial projects related to grid software solutions. You will drive budgets, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver value across sales, engineering, and finance.

The role emphasizes contract negotiations, pricing, and financial analysis in a dynamic energy software environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel and BI tool skills (Power BI/Tableau), plus proven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field.
Certified Project Manager (CPM) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience in commercial project management, preferably in software, energy, or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple commercial projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, finance, and logistics to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for grid software products and solutions.
Manage customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact for commercial matters.
