HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Driven by a strong performance mindset, you will work closely with the Commercial Director in supporting the UAE’s long-term strategic plan, to partner with the wider commercial team on key strategic topics and to provide market intelligence data to drive a performance mindset across the organization.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Reporting to the Commercial Director in the UAE, you will play a transversal and pivotal role within the Commercial structure working with all Directors and Managers within the Commercial structure. As a trusted advisor, you’re focus will be on the following:
Manage current Performance
· Provide timely and accurate weekly estimates & comments by boutique, channel and market on behalf of the commercial leadership.
· Compile and lead all short, medium or long term forecasts on all commercial channels on behalf of the commercial leadership team.
· Provide timely and accurate reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to all market’s managers.
· Work closely with the Regional Business Planning team and stakeholders in coordinating market’s analysis and business planning (ex: Business review, forecasts…).
· Follow-up on retail equation matrix and commercial KPI’s at chanel, boutique and individual level.
Drive Performance Development
· Define the commercial priorities for the market across all channels as a key stakeholder.
· Provide key market intelligence data – from business trends, tourism, real estate, macroeconomics, geopolitical and digital data – to support the market commercial managers in identifying and assessing network and business growth opportunities.
· Provide commercial leadership with actionable insights into the past, present and future performance of the network, as well as to support & contribute to the commercial development of the market.
· Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Communication and Clients, in end-of-year analysis, clients data and insights.
· Support all commercial managers in the analysis of sell-in & sell- out performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
· May be asked to support ExCo meetings with analysis and follow up on decision making.
Elevate Performance Mindset
· Serve as key contact for all networks, such as boutiques, market departments or commercial leadership, for any ad-hoc request into the performance of a point of sale, channel or market.
· Ensure the development of new reporting tools for the market to develop business analysis.
· Drives performance awareness of all commercial managers.
· Participate to the 3 years plans together with the Exco with market insights, clients evolution trends, 3 years forecasts.
· Support on adhoc presentations for the MD on business review, strategic topics.
· Mandate to analyze and propose efficient ways of managing the network performance by simplifying, synergizing, or proposing new ways of analyzing performance, based on priorities and current business status.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· You are passionate about driving commercial performance with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management or consulting in a large international organization.
· You hold a degree Business Management, Business Development, Finance or Economics, or any related field.
· You had a strong business and analytical acumen with an ability to spot trends in data and translate them into relevant narratives for different audiences.
· You are commercially astute to drive results and KPIs; knowledge of the UAE and Middle East Region are a plus.
· You are highly curious, self-driven and resourceful. You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects, managing your time effectively.
· You have a proven track record of strong cross-functional relationships that build trust and credibility with a diverse team of internal business partners.
· You enjoy navigating complex international environments; prior experience operating in a regional matrix set-up is a plus.
· You know how to navigate analytics tools and dashboards in addition to the wider Microsoft Office suite.
· You are fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English mandatory (additional language skills are a plus).
