You‘ll make an impact by :

• You’ll be responsible for booking of service orders, invoicing to customers, and payment follow-up.
• You’ll be responsible to follow-up with service engineers for timesheets and service reports towards preparing invoices to customers.
• You’ll be responsible to compile and report service team productivity data and submit to management.
• You’ll be responsible to align with relevant corporate teams (treasury, taxation, HR, compliance, legal, etc.) for service order execution activities.
• You’ll be responsible to interact with customers for invoice certification and payment reconciliations.

Your success is grounded in :

• Recent graduates with a major in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain in a clear and understandable manner.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work coherently in a team.
