Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the Data Center and MEP industry.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial negotiations, contracts, and project finances.
