Hill International is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Managerto join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction and consultancy services, with a proven ability to manage commercial aspects of large-scale development projects effectively

  • Lead the commercial management of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
  • Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide commercial reports, forecasts, and financial assessments to senior management.
  • Support project teams in achieving budgetary and contractual targets.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial management within construction and consultancysectors.
  • Experience in procuring consultants etc
