Are you a gifted marketing and sales professional who can set the direction and execute within Milk Based Beverages in MENA? Then you could be the person we are looking for as the Regional Commercial Manager – MENA.
You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals who create the basis for our brands and partner brands. Working within a matrix organization of Milk Based Beverages/Starbucks in Denmark and the Dubai Middle East North Africa Regional Office, we drive the daily business, build strong brands and bring innovations to the marketplace.
The position reports daily to the Head of MBB MENA in Dubai but will be part of the Global Starbucks business unit in Arla Foods and have a direct line to the MBB Commercial Director International.
Plan and execute the strategy for the world’s most famous Iced Coffee Brand
As Regional Commercial Manager, you will be operationally responsible for Starbucks RTD (ready-to-drink) business establishment and execution. Your immediate KPI will be delivering results according to the MBB MENA ambitions; additionally, you will focus on future development. Your responsibilities include commercial strategies, campaign concepts, budget management, customer insights, local strategy proposals, and reporting.
Your main objectives will be to re-ignite the SBUX brand in MENA while establishing and executing marketing and sales plans based on local category insights into SBUX consumers, shoppers, customers, and channels. You will drive annual budget plans and have indirect P&L responsibility for your area, driving business momentum across key markets in the region.
Extensive Sales and Marketing capabilities
You possess detailed knowledge of the marketing process and have hands-on sales experience in roles such as sales, trade marketing, or marketing. You have at least 3-5 years of experience with a global beverage organization. Your skillset includes a wide range of standard and modern tools for operating in a sales and marketing matrix setup. You have honed your business skills as a Key Account Manager, Category Manager, or Marketing Manager in a beverage company.
This experience enables you to bring products to market and drive well-known consumer brands like Starbucks Iced Coffee to further success. You excel in relationship-building and thrive as an initiator and strategist behind marketing and sales activities. You have an open, positive mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
