Job description

RMJM is seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager to support the continued growth of our Dubai Design Studio.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing contracts and ensuring they align with company goals
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to ensure profitability and growth of operations
  • Managing all commercial aspects of contracts, including negotiation, review, and implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of activities
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Providing both pre and post-contract commercial support
  • Reviewing interim valuations and payment certificates
  • Assisting in risk and value management, cost control functions
  • Developing responses to commercial risks
  • Preparing progress and cost reports
  • Understanding the MENA market
  • Attending and representing at commercial meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial management role
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
