We are supporting a leading pharma and biotech company in their search for a Commercial Manager to be based in Dubai UAE. This role reporting to the Regional Manager UAE will be instrumental in shaping commercial strategies driving business expansion leading a team of Key Account Managers and reinforcing the companys position as a trusted partner in the market.

What Youll be Doing

  • Analyze market structure and dynamics to define an optimal gotomarket strategy across channels and accounts.
  • Evaluate revenue potential by brands and accounts using internal data and market intelligence.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decisionmakers understanding their needs challenges and priorities.
  • Develop valueadded services to reinforce partnerships and increase competitiveness.
  • Lead annual key account reviews ensuring highquality strategic account plans.
  • Build accountspecific portfolio offerings optimizing pricing volume and growth expectations.
  • Oversee RFQ/RFP/Tender processes defining optimal pricing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Forecast monthly quarterly and yearly sales objectives accurately.
  • Train manage and develop a team of highperforming KAMs to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coach and mentor the commercial team fostering a winning mindset and motivation to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Support teams to streamline internal processes such as forecasting and accruals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key private sector stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of service and transparency for all accounts maintaining a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Drive annual agreement negotiations with 50 customers to support commercial discussions.
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics (IMS G2N inventory etc. providing datadriven feedback and business insights.
  • Organize and lead quarterly/biannual business partnership meetings with key accounts and sales leadership.
  • Present regular commercial updates as per the annual sales agenda.
  • Continuously enhance commercial offerings and customer service levels ensuring sustainable profitable growth.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales including at least 2 years in a commercial management role.
  • Strong ability to combine strategic vision with handson and a high work capacity.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Commercial analytical and financial acumen with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to conduct complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced and evolving market environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • A strong ethical mindset ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
