Position: Commercial Insurance Disputes Solicitor

• Previous Experience: Strong commercial insurance litigation background, ideally with re-insurance and coverage work, coupled with strong academics.

This role involves working directly with a Senior Partner on complex Lloyds-related work, supporting clients in resolving disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. The work focuses on Property and Casualty claims, including Property Damage & Business Interruption, General Liability, Healthcare & Medical Malpractice, among others.

The ideal skill set:

• Experience in reinsurance or other commercial insurance areas.
• Litigation experience in major dispute resolution forums in the Middle East, including mediations and ADR.
• Involvement in coverage issues, liability, quantum, strategy, drafting instructions, investigations, and legal research.
