Job summary

L’Oréal Middle East offers a Commercial Graduate Program providing hands-on experience in developing and executing commercial plans with key retail partners. You’ll analyze performance, forecast stock, and support launches, working with marketing, supply chain, finance and retail teams.

The 9–12 month assignment targets high-potential fresh graduates and final-year students. You’ll benefit from exposure to multi-channel strategies and a fast-paced environment, with fluency in English and Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of commercial plans with key retail partners
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide recommendations to management
• Assist in forecasting, stock management, and tracking product performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure strong execution of launches and promotional campaigns in-store and online
• Support the preparation of business reviews, retailer presentations, and performance reports
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, marketing, and retail teams to support business objectives
• Contribute to improving customer experience and driving sell-out performance
