Responsibilities

1. Follow up activity plans on monthly basis with distributors of Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
2. Update secondary sales reports and adjust the phasing plan.
3. Develop new formats for the sales analysis by brand, by franchises.
4. Validate promo plans by mechanic by month maintaining a 4 months horizon and controlling the promo sales weight and promo on budget.
5. Monitor and share analysis of stocks coverage by SKU with distributors.
6. Follow the forecast process on monthly basis.
7. Monitor the weighted distribution by SKU by door to maximize distribution in the market.
8. Assist in servicing distributors and other department’s daily needs.
9. Monitor and share best practices of distributors with internal departments on a quarterly basis.

Job Requirements

1. Confident in using Microsoft Excel with ease.
2. Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment and interact effectively with your business partners outside the Marketing function.
3. Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
4. Fluent in English and Arabic languages.

Program Requirements & Details

1. You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years).
