Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Dubai is seeking a Commercial Controlling Analyst / Business Partner to support our Middle East business. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support to drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams, with opportunities to influence pricing, evaluate investments, and develop business cases that strengthen financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
3–5 years in Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and business performance management.
Advanced Excel; SAP and Power BI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide financial insights and performance analysis to support commercial decisions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to monitor performance and evaluate investments.
Handle performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and trade investment analysis.
Influence stakeholders with clear, actionable insights to improve profitability.
