Job Description
  • Lead strategic projects with the MEA Commercial Team
  • Plan, manage, and prioritize projects, setting deadlines and assigning tasks
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop initiatives
  • Analyze financial data, including budgets and invoicing
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up
  • Support MEA SMDL leaders on various topics
  • Deliver strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Centralize content, data, and benchmarks from stakeholders
  • Create impactful presentations and collate materials
  • Distribute communications like memos and announcements
  • Manage webinars related to SMDL
  • Support logistics for meetings and events
  • Admin support for Loyalty Trainings & Audit Application, including user management and onboarding
  • Lead the MEA Commercial Audit on the Loyalty platform
  • Manage Purchase Orders and monitor expenditures within budget
  • Maintain records of POs and invoices
  • Support Vendor onboarding processes
  • Maintain contact databases and backup documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for the VP Commercial Market Strategy, MEA
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Hospitality
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Strategy or Analytics experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, creative, solution-oriented, and people-focused
  • Service-minded with attention to detail
  • Culturally aware and adaptable
  • Independent and proactive in a dynamic environment
