Job Description
- Lead strategic projects with the MEA Commercial Team
- Plan, manage, and prioritize projects, setting deadlines and assigning tasks
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop initiatives
- Analyze financial data, including budgets and invoicing
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up
- Support MEA SMDL leaders on various topics
- Deliver strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
- Centralize content, data, and benchmarks from stakeholders
- Create impactful presentations and collate materials
- Distribute communications like memos and announcements
- Manage webinars related to SMDL
- Support logistics for meetings and events
- Admin support for Loyalty Trainings & Audit Application, including user management and onboarding
- Lead the MEA Commercial Audit on the Loyalty platform
- Manage Purchase Orders and monitor expenditures within budget
- Maintain records of POs and invoices
- Support Vendor onboarding processes
- Maintain contact databases and backup documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and appointments
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for the VP Commercial Market Strategy, MEA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Hospitality
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strategy or Analytics experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, creative, solution-oriented, and people-focused
- Service-minded with attention to detail
- Culturally aware and adaptable
- Independent and proactive in a dynamic environment
