About this role:
Tendering & Proposal Support
Assist in the preparation and submission of commercial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs in coordination with business development and technical teams.
Compile and organize commercial documents, including pricing sheets, compliance statements, and contract schedules.
Ensure timely delivery of tender submissions while maintaining accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Costing & Pricing Analysis
Support in the development of cost models and pricing strategies for new and renewal contracts.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accuracy of cost elements (e.g., manpower, materials, subcontractors).
Assist in benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Contract Management & Documentation
Maintain updated records of signed contracts, amendments, and service agreements.
Track contract milestones, payment terms, expiry dates, and renewal schedules.
Review commercial clauses in client and subcontractor agreements to flag risks or inconsistencies.
Revenue & Billing Support
Liaise with finance and operations teams to support monthly billing and revenue recognition.
Ensure that invoicing is aligned with contract terms, including variations, KPIs, and service deliverables.
Support the reconciliation of client accounts and commercial reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a commercial point of contact for clients on queries related to pricing, invoicing, and contract terms.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, procurement, finance) to resolve commercial issues.
Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and contract compliance.
Commercial Reporting & Data Management
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on tender status, contract performance, cost variances, and revenue tracking.
Maintain an organized and auditable system for storing commercial documents and pricing templates.
Risk & Compliance Support
Identify and escalate commercial risks related to contracts, pricing errors, or service scope.
Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies and procedures.
Support audits and due diligence processes as required.
Change Orders & Variations
Track client change requests and assist in the preparation of variation orders and commercial justifications.
Coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders and update pricing documents accordingly.
