About the Company:

Position overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and execution in Vietnam. This role demands an entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in mobile and/or FinTech markets, who can build and grow strong commercial partnerships, drive revenue, and manage full P&L responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy across both mobile devices and FinTech verticals in Vietnam.
  • Lead end-to-end B2B cycle management with telecom operators, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Drive client acquisition, onboarding, and conversion into long-term commercial relationships.
  • Provide weekly performance reports covering revenue, expenses, KPIs, and client pipeline status.
  • Prepare and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) model for the Vietnam project.

KPIs & Reporting:

  • Weekly reporting on:
  • Revenue and expenses
  • Cash flow and pipeline performance
  • KPI tracking against targets
  • Milestones:
  • By August 1: Minimum of 10 active paying clients onboarded.
  • Monthly commercial action plans with deadlines and defined deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior commercial roles, preferably within the mobile or FinTech sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnams retail and digital financial ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products or projects from scratch.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
