We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Marketing to oversee the entire marketing function within the General Procurement Department of a leading Property Developer.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic planning and execution across various channels, including ATL, BTL, digital, and large-scale events such as project launches, agent meetings, exhibitions, and brand activations. This leadership role requires a deep industry understanding, creativity, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI and align with business goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Strategic Contribution
- Implement comprehensive marketing strategies proposed by the department to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with C-level leadership to translate business goals into marketing and procurement initiatives.
- Lead market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Above The Line (ATL) Marketing
- Negotiate and execute mass media campaigns across TV, radio, print, and OOH advertising.
- Oversee media buying, agency coordination, and budget management for high-reach campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all ATL channels.
- Below The Line (BTL) Marketing
- Lead BTL activations through brochures, direct marketing, mall activations, kiosks, etc.
- Implement targeted campaigns aligned with micro-market strategies and product positioning.
- Events & Experiential Marketing
- Plan and manage impactful events such as project launches, agent and channel partner meetings, customer engagement events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Oversee end-to-end planning, vendor procurement, branding, and execution.
- Ensure alignment with procurement processes and vendor evaluation guidelines.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Procure marketing services from creative agencies, event firms, media houses, and printers.
- Ensure cost-effective, quality, and timely delivery in coordination with the General Procurement team.
- Standardize processes for supplier management, data collection, negotiation, performance, and communication in line with global best practices.
- Vendor Relationships
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor the global market for new vendors, ensuring quality standards align with business strategies.
- Manage internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports that meet company policies and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Procurement for Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector or property development.
- Proven expertise in strategic marketing, campaign management, event coordination, and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
