ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Manager to join one of our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading business development efforts, and managing key partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor sales and business development teams
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities
  • Oversee sales operations, pipelines, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Manage budgets, revenue targets, and commercial KPIs

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, with a strong sales orientation
  • Track record in selling design-led experiences or tech-integrated environments
  • Deep domain knowledge of the events, exhibitions, or brand experience industry
  • Strong portfolio of C-level relationships in marketing and event circles
  • Proven success in leading and motivating sales teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills

Salary: 35K - 40K AED
