Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Foodservice & On-Premise initiatives across hotels, nightlife, quick service, and institutional accounts, developing tailored activation strategies.
  • Refine and implement Route-to-Market models to enhance market penetration via distributors, direct accounts, and strategic alliances.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing, logistics, finance, and brand teams for effective regional deployment and service excellence.
  • Monitor channel economics, driving initiatives for margin improvement, pricing strategies, and accurate forecasting.
  • Utilize analytics to identify consumption trends, growth opportunities, and optimize portfolio strategies.
  • Collaborate with global HQ to localize campaigns and develop scalable business strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial or trade leadership roles within the beverage or FMCG sectors, with proven success in on-premise or foodservice channels.
  • Deep knowledge of channel dynamics, distributor engagement, and market optimization.
  • Experience in scaling brands within MENAT or European markets, especially in fast-moving or lifestyle categories.
  • Strategic, execution-focused, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.
