Commercial Director, Business Development - Abu Dhabi

An exciting opportunity within the Oil and Gas sector - a marine services partner is seeking a Commercial Director for their Abu Dhabi region, to primarily focus on the Business Development segment for their Commercial team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be leading the commercial growth and tendering whilst focusing on customer engagement for new and existing clientele, with the main responsibilities around growing this into both African and Asian regions long-term. Building relationships will be key, initially broadening to have a more global outreach.

The position will focus on the following segments:

1. Strategy Planning
2. Customer Relations
3. Commercial Sales
4. Tender Business Analysis
5. People Management
6. Contract & Negotiation Price Leadership

An extensive background in Business Development & Commercial leadership is key for the position. Candidates must hold a strong network within the GCC and be forward-thinking, with a global mindset and successful at securing new business from a Marine background.
