We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead and oversee all commercial activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project finances and contracts to ensure profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the commercial team, including contracts and cost control.
2. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
3. Oversee contract negotiations, claims management, and risk assessments.
4. Ensure proper cost planning, estimation, and budgeting across all projects.
5. Monitor project performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and increased value.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on commercial performance.
9. Deal with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the UAE construction sector.
