Commercial Director

About The Role:
• As the head of the commercial department, your role will be to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards and best practices. You will be responsible for implementing proactive risk management strategies to meet financial targets and minimize potential disputes, ensuring smooth project delivery every time.
To Be Considered:

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/Commercial Management/Contracts Administration
2. Master's Degree in QS/ Engineering is preferable, but not necessary.
3. 15+ years of UAE-based experience in senior commercial roles (large scale fit out experience is a must).
4. Strong skills in budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving.
5. Good with numbers and reports, but also able to lead a team and handle disputes effectively.

1. Establish budgets and benchmarks for your projects.
2. Help Senior Managers with commercial goals and make sure the paperwork is accurate and on time.
3. Identify potential issues early and manage them so the project stays on course.
4. Work with Finance to track costs, prepare reports, and support audits.
5. Take charge of resolving issues with contractors, clients, and consultants.
