Job summary

Ignite Search and Selection is assisting a Dubai-based contracting company to hire an experienced Contracts Manager for the Building Division. The role focuses on managing contractual and commercial matters across building construction projects in the UAE.

You will review, negotiate and administer main contracts and subcontracts, handle variations, claims and extensions of time, and advise project teams on contractual issues. UAE/Dubai experience and immediate availability are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or Law or a related discipline.
• Strong experience as a Contracts Manager within the building construction sector.
• Experience with major building, residential, commercial, hospitality or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations and commercial management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and contractual administration skills.
• Western background preferred.
• Ideally early 40s or below, in line with the client's current requirement.
• UAE/Dubai experience is highly preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Compensation:

AED 35,000 per month, plus applicable company benefits.
