Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our growing Legal team and support Binance’s operations across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This role involves negotiating complex financial and commercial agreements, advising internal stakeholders, and helping shape legal strategy in a fast-paced and innovative digital asset environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including those with traditional financial institutions and crypto-native entities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts including fiat ramp agreements, marketing agreements, and service-level contracts
  • Provide day-to-day legal support on commercial contracts, service agreements, and customer/supply-side documentation
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, administrative, and risk teams to enable business initiatives in MENA and globally
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory developments in the digital asset space across MENA, particularly in the UAE and Bahrain
  • Contribute to internal legal knowledge-sharing and support the development of junior legal team members
Requirements
  • 3–6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with expertise in loan and finance transactions, ideally from a global law firm or established in-house legal team
  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Solid understanding of the legal frameworks in the MENA region, especially in the UAE and Bahrain
  • Experience in or a strong interest in the blockchain and digital asset space is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-cultural working environment
