Job description

Job Purpose

As Commercial Coordinator , you will play a key supporting role in ensuring smooth sales order processing by liaising directly with customers, suppliers, customs, and warehouse teams. You will be responsible for a range of commercial coordination tasks both in-office and on the ground, including MOFA attestations, TRA approvals, logistics support, demo material handling, and delivery coordination across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery and retrieval of demo materials post-POC.
  • Coordinate import shipment clearances with freight forwarders and banks (for LC-based shipments).
  • Provide support to warehouse operations in absence of the supervisor.
  • Assist in vendor bill registration based on GRNs during month-end closing.
  • Raise purchase orders related to operating expenses per approved budgets.
  • Coordinate customer material deliveries, including Etisalat bulk orders across UAE.
  • Support import document clearances at DAFZA and JAFZA.
  • Handle MOFA attestations for import documentation.
  • Assist senior coordinators with basic sales order processing in SAP (SD, MM, PS).
  • Update CRM and DMS systems with order status and BOQs.
  • Support minor deliveries when warehouse vehicle is unavailable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or commercial administrative roles.
  • Background in handling commercial tasks, vendor invoicing, or basic accounting functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic SAP (SD/MM/PS) knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
