Aurora Prime Investment LLC is seeking a seasoned Commercial & Contracts Manager for high-value construction and development projects in the UAE. The role covers pre-contract to close-out, with emphasis on cost control, tendering, variations, payments, risk management, and strategic negotiations.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12 years’ experience, UAE market familiarity, and MRICS/RICS qualification is a plus. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder coordination are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in commercial and contracts management within construction or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of UAE contracting practices and FIDIC contracts.

Mansioni

• Oversee commercial and contractual matters across the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts, tender documents, BOQs, scopes of work and commercial terms.
• Lead risk, cost control, variations, claims, and final account close-out.
