Job summary

Jobsatdubai is seeking an Assistant Manager- Commercial and Contracts to manage the day-to-day business development activities in the UAE. The role involves overseeing contract pricing, maintaining the contracts database, and ensuring compliance with FM industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, along with a university degree. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of UAE labour law is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labour law and exit process.
• University degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day BD commercial activities across the UAE.
• Undertake cost and pricing calculations for contract costings.
• Prepare contract budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Review pricing models and costings for consistency with FM industry rates.
• Develop innovative ways to price new proposals.
• Maintain the bid pipeline manpower report.
