Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Director to lead business growth, client engagement, and commercial success in Events Management, Concept design, Production, and Fabrication, AVL rental solutions. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and position the company as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
Lead sales and business development teams to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Oversee financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
Strengthen brand positioning and competitive strategy to expand market share.
Align sales and marketing efforts for seamless client acquisition and retention.
Lead the client servicing team to manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
Oversee the execution of projects that align with client goals and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
Explore and develop strategic alliances, sponsorships, and media partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Identify new market opportunities, including regional expansion and service diversification.
