Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial/Estimation Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the commercial and estimation functions by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender documentation, and providing administrative support throughout the bidding and contract management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile, and review cost estimates and tender documentation for large-scale industrial catering contracts and facilities management.
  • Liaise with internal departments including operations, procurement, and finance to gather necessary information for estimates and proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of commercial bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update commercial databases, estimation records, and project tracking systems.
  • Support contract administration by preparing documents, monitoring contract milestones, and coordinating with legal and commercial teams.
  • Analyze historical data and pricing trends to support accurate cost forecasting and budgeting.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers as necessary to clarify specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial and estimation teams, including document control, meeting coordination, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/business administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a commercial or estimation administrative role, preferably within industrial catering, food services, or a related sector.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with estimation software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial tendering processes is highly desirable.
