The College Coordinator will support the administrative functions of the college, facilitating communication between faculty, students, and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Arabic) to ensure effective engagement with diverse audiences.
Salary Range: AED 5,000 (subject to experience) with additional benefits
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (بإجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية).
- Experience in academic administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills / Training / Knowledge
- Knowledge of legal education and administrative processes within a college setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Point of contact in college for faculty, staff and students
- Receives incoming visitors and phone calls and responds to requests.
- Provide administrative support for the daily business of the college
- Explains programs and services, and advises and assists faculty and staff in relation to college policies and procedures.
- Prepares correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, background materials and minutes.
- Assist new students for interviews related to admission and registration
- Arrange required facilities and support for the indoor and outdoor college activities
- Maintains files and manages information of both student and faculty and ensures strict confidentiality of the college records
- Handling final grade Handover and incomplete exams
- Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments, notifying attendees of location and time.
- Attend meetings, distribute agenda prior to the meeting, take effective and accurate minutes of the meeting, and share meeting minutes to all participants
- Accountable for the smooth running of the office, with all administrative responsibilities and tasks
- To manage the Shared folder and work spaces
- Other related responsibilities as per the instructions of the Dean
