Overview

African Collector (English-Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an African Collector. This is a contract job based in Jabal-Ali, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
• Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay in full
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting payments

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English
• Experience in collections or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
