Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a Cementing Operations Coordinator to manage all cementing activities within Oil Field Services. You will coordinate coiled tubing, personnel, equipment readiness, QA/QC, HSE inspections and client communications to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.

The role requires a High School or Diploma or equivalent, and at least 10 years in oilfield operations with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years’ experience in an oilfield operations environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coiled tubing operations, personnel assignments, equipment readiness, job progress, QA/QC, HSE inspections, corrective actions, client interaction and service documentation to deliver reliable Well Services operations.
• Maintain HSE and asset integrity, equipment readiness, operational continuity and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate in field environment with operations, technical, maintenance, logistics, HSE and client-facing teams to support safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.
